This budgetary course provides an overview of the Philadelphia Parking Authority fiscal year and key budgetary information. Future leaders will gain a significant understanding of their role within the organization structure, with added details on the financial obligations of the PPA to other government agencies city and statewide. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) provide information on our activities and performance with support to our stakeholders, customers, and employees. This course provides information on how our success is measured using KPI. This course will help improve your understanding of program based budgeting.
