Strong customer service is the cornerstone of any organization. This class is an effective tool that will ensure managers and supervisors are aware of successful customer service practices. You will learn how to create, control, manage, and direct subordinates on how to foster excellent customer service interactions.  This two and a half (2.5) hour course is mandatory for all supervisors and managers.
