In this class you will learn how to handle challenging situations with professionalism and confidence. Discover strategies aimed toward managing conflict within your department. In addition this course will discover how to keep unmanaged conflicts, disagreements, and out-of-control emotions from harming productivity. This two and a half (2.5) hour course is mandatory for all supervisors and managers.
