Every employee at the Authority interacts with “customers” on some level. In this course, you will learn the basics of customer service, effective communication, telephone protocols, and maintaining customer service standards. This course is mandatory for all staff. It is available in a 1.5 hour session. You may choose to extend your training time to three (3) hours by taking 101 and 102 together.
