This course provides an overview of the Philadelphia Parking Authority. You will learn how the Authority began and how it has evolved, the mission and values of the Authority, the functions, and services the Authority provides, the organizational structure of the Authority, and how the Authority interacts with and provides revenue to other government agencies. This is a mandatory course for all staff. Participants will complete two (2) hours of training.
